Home blood pressure monitoring
The surgery has a number of home blood pressure monitors which we lend out to Patients.
For a small £10 deposit, we lend a machine for seven days requesting blood pressures are taken twice a day in the morning and afternoon.
The results should be returned to the Practice where the range of results results (and the average) will be reviewed by our clinical team and any necessary action taken. We may contact you about these with a plan.
You may have your own blood pressure monitor at home and just like to collect a recording sheet from us.
